Property Rules:

The maximum number of guests is the one confirmed at the time of booking
Children under 5, max 2, have free treatment if they sleep in their parents bed.
The occupation of up to two people is foreseen in a bedroom with double bed, second bedroom available on request, with supplement.
Check-out of the structure is foreseen at check-out.
A 30% deposit may be required for weekly bookings
In case of cancellation up to 48h from arrival, 100% of the deposit will be returned
In case of cancellation up to 24h from arrival, 70% of the deposit will be returned
Failure to show will result in the loss of the deposit.
Pets not allowed as there are free pets, 1 dog and 2 cats in the garden.
